The possibility to see ppl aliases .
IE : i look @ Fam profile and i can see every other profiles based on his GUID (i suppose)
ps : Sg' frontend is quite evoluted . Yes, it's not B3, but it does save your % of hit on each part of the body, nb of cap (maybe try to have a look at it).. is this possible ?

I think you did 
echelon has already the possibility to see someone's aliases, but that is limited to us admins.
about stats, there is a little problem: we would need to log each hit. That would cause a noticeable lag on our server, specially when full. The same ppl who made echelon made xlrstats (plugin for b3 & web interface) for that purpose.

every server ive been on so far has started lagging after adding xlrstats...

it pretty much killed nitros server for me...
they arent big lags like you expect from a bad connection, more like micro lags that are barely visible but completly messes with your timings.
the player are just never quite where they are supposed to be.
my k/d ratio went from 3.4 to 1.3 and i never again got it over 1.5. and thats sad. thats worse then drunk, stoned and awake for 72 hours combined.
now i dont want to sound whiny - i started with online ego shooters with a 14.4k modem when most ran at the very least dual isdn and i had single isdn when basic broadband was the norm, so im used to play with very high pigs and very big latencys (eg 400 vs 50).
in cs b3 i had to aim 1 meter ahead for every 10 meters my target was away from me and i still made nr1 worldwide.
but these microlags are just unpredictable.
there are a couple more servers with xlr and they more or less, depending on the max player, have these microlags.
all unplayable.
